Caring for the Elderly
Many of our old people do not have younger family members to look after them in their old age. During the hard years of 2016 and 2016 when the crops failed because of flooding and drought, many of the old people became mal-nourished.
We introduced a feeding programme for 39 old people, supplying them with maize and cooking oil.
The Trust hopes, in the near future to build a Community Room for the old people so that they can meet together.
LATEST PROJECTS
Our work focusses upon the village of Chinthowa in Malawi. We care for over 200 orphans and help provide education and food for over 1,000 children from the village and surrounding areas. Our aim is to provide long term effective help in the area and we are working with farmers to create a sustainable development program.
